Handle.ae is it a real company?

What points toward legitimacy

• The website states they’re based in the UAE: “Head Office – UAE, Standard Chartered Tower, Emaar Square, Downtown, Burj Khalifa, Dubai – UAE”.

• They provide contact details including phone numbers and email: e.g. +971 4 313 2435, +971 50 504 3000, info@handle.ae.

• Their website describes a credible set of advisory/consulting services: corporate legal & litigation, strategy advisory, M&A/capital execution, etc.

• They claim to be a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) under registration number CL1234.

• Privacy policy and terms & conditions pages are in place, which is a good sign of professional standard.

Points to check / remain cautious

• The registration number “CL1234” looks somewhat generic — could be genuine but one may wish to verify with DIFC’s registry that the number matches.

• I did not find independent reviews or third-party ratings (or complaints) widely available in public forums for this specific company (Handle Consulting in UAE). That means less public feedback to rely on.

• As with any consulting/advisory service, the scope, contract terms, fees etc are important. Their own terms & conditions state that the website content is for “general guidance only” and that “Handle Consulting will not be liable for any losses”. 

• Having a professional website and registered address doesn’t guarantee flawless execution, so due diligence is still advised.

What seems odd is that the company is not register to office legal services, yet it claims to be a legal powerhouse .. there appears to be no legal license as a legal adviser.

So in an all one has to ask the question is it a real business or a pop up fake ?
